Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. We have a national tie up with Delhivery Limited for shipping services, serving around 17000 Pin codes in India. All successful Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. All shipments are done from Bengaluru. Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address of the buyer as mentioned, while placing the order. Shipping Address cannot be changed after the shipment has been done. Village Organica will inform the customer of shipment details through SMS/Email. All succesful orders are delivered between 2 to 10 days.

Village-Organica Agrotech Private limited takes complete responsibility for successful delivery as per the order placed. It includes, delay, damages or missing shipment. In case of damages and missing Shipment, Customer needs to inform Village Organica through email immediately after the customer has accepted the delivery of the order along with visual proofs. In case the items are damaged or missing in transit is confirmed, Replacement will be shipped to customer within 48 hours. In case of delays, Village Organica will liaison with the logistics partner to have the delivery done on priority. COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not available with Village Organica Agrotech Private Limited.
